Placing an Order Online

Ordering is quick, easy and secure when shopping BrylaneHome.com. Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an easy, enjoyable shopping experience. Simply click one of the department tabs at the top of the page to view and select from our latest offerings (e.g., garden, pets, bed and bath, etc.).

Use our convenient dropdown menus to select size and color. Then click the “Add to Cart” button to flag the merchandise for your purchase. You’ll be notified immediately if the flagged item is no longer available or temporarily backordered. You may select additional merchandise by moving backward and forward through the windows to select again from our various departments. You may view the contents of your shopping cart anytime, by selecting the Shopping Cart link at the top right of every page, to see a list of the merchandise you’ve selected, whether each item is in stock or on backorder, as well as your current total.

Once you’re ready to check out, click the “Shopping Cart” button to view your items. If you have gift certificates, promotional coupons or a deferred billing coupon, enter them in the appropriate boxes. Once you’ve entered your codes, click on “Checkout”. You’ll see we’ve made some recommendations for you based on your order. You can choose to take advantage of them or continue with checkout. If you’re a registered customer, you’ll go directly to “Shipping Information”, as we have your address saved to make checkout easier and faster. If you haven’t registered with us, you can checkout as a guest, however we strongly recommend that you register. As a registered customer, your billing and shipping information is automatically saved for you, making the checkout process more convenient.

We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: The Redcats USA Family of Brands Credit Cards and Visa Cards—including Chadwick’s®, Chadwick’s Visa Card, metrostyle™, Woman Within®/Lane Bryant® Catalog, BrylaneHome®, BrylaneHome® Visa Card, Jessica London®, Roaman’s®, La Redoute®, OneStopPlus.com™ and OneStopPlus.com Visa card, KingSize® and KingSize Visa Card. We also accept VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® Network, and the American Express® Card. Please note that we don’t accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online purchases. We also don’t ship orders C.O.D. You can apply on line for a BrylaneHome® Credit Card. Or apply on line for a BrylaneHome Rewards™ Visa® Card.

At the end of your checkout process, you’ll see an online message notifying you that your order is being processed. You can print this message for your records. Subsequently, you’ll receive an official order confirmation via the email address in your account profile.

Placing an Order by Phone, Fax or Mail

By Fax: simply fax your order to us toll free at (800) 528-5152—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To expedite your order, please write down the blue and yellow box numbers from your order form on the back page of your catalog, your item number, color, size and desired quantity prior to calling.

By Mail: if you’d like to pay by check or money order, simply mail your order to us. Mail order forms are provided inside most BrylaneHome and BrylaneHome Kitchen catalogs. Order a Catalog

Purchasing BrylaneHome® Gift Certificates

BrylaneHome Gift Certificates can be used for online or catalog purchases. They’re available in $5 increments ($5 minimum). Please go to the Gift Certificate page and complete the simple form to order either a Paper or e-Gift Certificate. Paper Gift Certificates are shipped via first class mail and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. An e-Gift Certificate is emailed to the recipient within 1 business day, if purchased before 3PM EST, and within 2 business days if purchased after 3PM EST. The purchaser’s credit card will be charged the amount of the e-Gift Certificate at checkout.

Gift Certificates Terms & Conditions

  • Paper and e-Gift Certificates are for one-time-use only and can’t be redeemed for cash or used as payment on a brand credit card account.
  • Notification will be sent via email to the e-Gift Certificate purchaser.
  • To redeem your Paper or e-Gift Certificate, enter the certificate number in the Gift Certificate box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the certificate amount, a credit card will be required to cover the remaining balance. If the order amount is less than the amount of the gift certificate, the customer will be issued a check for the remaining balance.
  • Paper and e-Gift Certificates expire two years from their date of purchase.
  • We’re sorry, but we can’t ship merchandise internationally at this time.

Sending a Gift

We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, however we can include a gift invoice which doesn’t reveal the cost of the gift item(s). To request a gift invoice, simply select the checkbox under the heading "Send a gift receipt?" at the Shipping Method & Gift Message section of checkout.

The price in my cart isn’t the lower price

Check the offer carefully; sometimes only specific colors or sizes are offered at the reduced prices. If the item is offered at the reduced price, you can complete the checkout process and thencontact us —we’ll be happy to issue a credit for the reduced price or send an explanation to you.

We don’t ship International orders, we only ship to US possessions APO and FPO’s
